ON THE ROAD WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT.

The ATLAS system ("All-Terrain-Liegenschafts-AnalySe" -All-Terrain Property Analysis) is a vehicle equipped with modern sensor technology for special measuring requirements in areas of the infrastructure that were previously inaccessible.

The vehicle is equipped with two high-resolution still cameras and receives its position information from a GPS-based inertial system. The output provides the user with sequences of individual images with geographic references, from which information on the road inventory and condition of roads can be drawn. Its external dimensions, its lighter total weight and four-wheel drive enable it to drive and take measurements across almost any terrain, e.g. on cycling paths, pavements and hiking paths.

The most important features at a glance:

  • Recording of the street space with two high-resolution measuring cameras
  • Positioning via inertial measuring platform
  • Driving on cycle paths, pavements or footpaths
